Comprehensive Aptitude Program

The Comprehensive Aptitude Program assesses a child’s intelligence, emotional intelligence, and social adaptation skills while also considering the genetic factors inherited from their parents that contribute to their innate talents. Children must understand who they are, what they enjoy, their abilities, and how they should live harmoniously with others. Furthermore, children must determine whether they can fully harness their innate talents in their preferred areas and bear the full fruits of their creativity. The Comprehensive Aptitude Program is a diagnostic tool that provides an integrated assessment of these factors.

The evaluation criteria of the Comprehensive Aptitude Program are divided into the following 8 key areas:

01 Exploration of nature and general learning ability

02 Linguistic aptitude related to language comprehension

03 Life adaptation and collaboration skills

04 Understanding of time and space

05 Mathematical ability for comparison and analysis

06 Administrative perception aptitude

07 Environmental adaptability through cooperation

08 Form perception and task performance ability

The type of talent desired by companies and society has changed significantly with the advancement of technology. Even those who study economics and sociology must be able to code, while those studying medicine, mathematics, and engineering must also be familiar with the humanities.
As a result, the role of specialists who possess expertise in a single field is gradually diminishing. However, the demand for generalists - who have specialized knowledge while also possessing a broad range of general knowledge - is steadily increasing.

In the past, when technology had not advanced, having expertise in just one field was sufficient to make a living without any issues. However, today, most specialized tasks can be performed through computer programs, meaning that even non-experts can carry out specialized work once they learn how to operate the system. Because of this, coding skills are now considered a basic requirement. Of course, we may encounter obstacles when working in specialized fields. In such cases, we may struggle to find a solution if we only know one area. Even if we do resolve the issue, it may take a long time.

However, the situation changes when we combine specialized knowledge with general knowledge. This allows us to view problems from multiple perspectives rather than just one. In other words, we can find solutions more easily than expected by adopting a broader view of the problem. This is also why a background in the humanities is essential..
The word "Mathematics" derives from the term "Mathematikoi," a term used by the Pythagorean school to refer to its full members. Mathematikoi meant people who possessed general knowledge. This is why mathematics has come to be defined as a system of general knowledge.

People who excel at solving problems based on established formulas are losing their place in modern society. Those who lead others offer creative solutions to problems. The Comprehensive Aptitude Program measures a child's innate talents in various areas and expresses them as quantified values. In other words, the Comprehensive Aptitude Program shows the extent of a child's abilities as a generalist.
